Patrick Rodysill has been gardening professionally for almost 20 years. Patrick founded Garden Fare in 2007 as an outlet for his passion for working with soil to grow the healthiest and best quality food possible.
Patrick began his gardening career in the mainstream, ornamental gardening world as a laborer for an award-winning landscape designer. After a period spent living off the land in Costa Rica, he returned the plains of Nebraska where he grew up, and established his own garden design and maintenance company. To complement his outdoor plant knowledge, Patrick also studied and worked with an extraordinary floral designer and wedding coordinator. Patrick’s time is spent now in Northern California where he, along with his partner, Mali Dyck, their border collie, Tonka, and their Cheaspeake, Annie, oversees a small CSA farm in the Sierra Nevada foothills.
With Garden Fare, Patrick has combined his eye for beauty with his passion to feed people. He enthusiastically encourages those around him to explore organic and sustainable approaches in their lives.
